Coupons not working

We have the Amelia plugin connected with WooCommerce. Through Amelia we have coupon codes and a few days ago it stopped working, we are not sure why. Once we add a coupon code while booking a class, on the checkout page an error comes through saying ‘payment_method missing’. We don’t know why that suddenly happened and how to fix this. We need help on this ASAP!
