Courier font is pixelated in some browsers.

I’m using “Platform” theme with gives a choice of fonts. The text in Courier looks fine in Google Chrome but is pixelated in Explorer and Firefox. How can I fix this?

http://codex.wordpress.org/In taking a look at your site, it appears that the discrepancies in display are related to your site’s CSS and the platform on which the site is being viewed. For example, if Courier isn’t available on a visitor’s computer, your site has specified that the next font to display in the absence of Courier should be Verdana.

Thanks– I’m still confused because it looks different ways on browsers I’ve tested on the SAME computer (mine). I definitely have Courier on my machine, and as I said, it displays right in Google Chrome. But the other browser show it pixelated– NOT substituted for another font. And the other fonts on my site are fine on all browsers on my machine. Help?
