Course Content Development in Sesei

We need to give access to our trainers to develop small small courses on regular basis in sensei LMS. We need to design & format content as good as we do in any standard editing tools like Dreamweaver, MS Word, etc. After that the we need to automatically create pdf file of complete content.
Kindly suggest the best way or plugin to do this.

I suggest that you hire a web host and set up your own WordPress.ORG software install so you can have FTP access and you can install plugins, because you cannot do that here on a WordPress.COM hosted blog.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
