Cover block error: This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.

I’m encountering an error when editing my home page. Suddenly, all cover blocks display the error message “This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.” I can delete it and add in a photo instead, but I can’t delete it and add back in a new cover. The published site still shows it as it should look, but I can’t edit the cover blocks anymore.

I wasn’t able to reproduce this issue on my own test sites, but I’d like to take a look at yours to see if we can spot the issue.
@horizonmt, I noticed you deleted the site you shared here. Could you send a link to the affected site?
@mnielsen1043 if you create a fresh test page and add a cover block to that, does it work? I noticed you’re using Elementor, and that may have an impact but I can’t confirm yet. -
Hi there, I actually was able to reach out to WordPress through the chat, and they discovered there was a problem with VideoPress. It was just corrected. Thanks!
