Cover Block Full Page Takeover

    Hi there,

    I am trying to make my homepage cover blog start at the very top of the page and have my menu overlap it in top right. How can I do this? It defaults to making it below a white block.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes
