Cover Image using TwentyNineteen
-
Hi,
Currently there’s no way to get a cover image / main image that I’m aware of using TwentyNineteen.
… is there any workaround until I upgrade to premium? Aside from the blog title / logo, a way to code in or apply an image?

Thanks

Hey there,
By cover image if you mean header image, no Twenty Nineteen doesn’t provide that feature. But there are a lot of other themes which do.
Here’s a link to it:
https://wordpress.com/themes/filter/custom-headerYou can switch to some other theme and use the header image feature of it.
Since your homepage is set to display your latest posts, you cannot set a featured image for your front page.
As a workaround, if you set your homepage to a static page you can add a featured image for your homepage, it would show up as a cover image like this:

Let us know if you have any questions.
Thanks!
