  how can i put text on my cover page photo? and how do people see my tags from the cover page..

  Hi there, I see text in your cover photo, and you wanting more text added over that photo?

  Which tags are you talking about? I see only two post tags you have created, hello in tags and featured (for featured posts).

  If you are talking about post tags, you can add the Tag Cloud Widget to one of the footer widget areas: https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/tag-cloud-widget/

  Or are you by chance talking about a different type of tag?
