  My web developer is asking me for my cpanel information so he can upload my new website design into WordPress. How can I find my cpanel login info? I have a free WordPress account. Thanks!

  wordpress.com doesn’t have cpanel. Also you cannot upload custom themes (and plugins) on the Free Plan. To do so you must upgrade to the Business Plan.

  Hi There,

  With a free account it is not possible to upload your own themes. You will need to upgrade to the “Business Plan” to do this.

  When you have upgraded you can upload it via the wp-admin area. With WordPress.com there is no CPanel or equivalent.
