  Hi there,

  You can import a WordPress site from another host to WordPress.com, yes. If you want to import your current plugins and theme as well, that will require our Business Plan. We have a detailed guide explaining the process here:

  Note that we don’t use the cPanel interface on WordPress.com, but on our Business Plan you still have access to the PHPMyAdmin and SFTP tools you’d access via cPanel at your current host.
