cPanel and Domain help
-
Im working on a domain (clearcreekroyalty.com) created on here under a different login, which is down and I need to log in to cPanel to get it back up. The problem is I don’t know my cPanel login info, and WordPress won’t even let me log in to my admin page (says ‘file not found (404 error)’, so I don’t know how to do that or what to do.

I think you’ve already been pointed in the correct direction. The site you’re working on is hosted by Google and will be using the WordPress.org software. This particular forum assists with free sites hosted at WordPress.com. Here a modified version of wordpress is used and things like cPanel don’t apply to us. You need to register an account and ask for assistance in the correct forum:

The general WordPress.org community support forum. Use this link: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ You’re going to need a WordPress.org account in order to post there if you don’t have one already.
