Hi angsagina.
We do not offer FTP access on WordPress.com, and you cannot upload files directly to our servers. Everything is managed through the dashboard.

If you can provide us with your website URL starting with https:// we will be able to assess you better.

Hi there,
Your account is not the owner of that site – you are not even a user on that site.
For help with that site, please log in as the account you used to purchase the WordPress.com Business Plan, and then use the contact link that @timethief provided above.
But we do not provide FTP access on WordPress.com for any plan. The only way to install a plugin on WordPress.com sites is to upload a zipped plugin folder on the Add Plugins screen in either My Sites or WP-Admin, and it is not possible to change your site’s source code files, period.
If this plugin cannot be added in any other way except via FTP, you won’t be able to use it on WordPress.com. In that case, please contact live chat support via the correct account to discuss your options regarding getting a refund and migrating to a self-hosted installation instead.
