Cra Cra WP Problem with Website Identification etc

I wanted to add a new post to rallycaps2007.wordpress.com. I wrote the post (from a dashboard page) and when I posted it, it appeared on another site of mine that I haven’t used since 2014. I ended up removing that website, but I still am unable to reach the dashboard for rallycaps2007. My account/profile won’t allow me to replace the old user name from rallycapsassl to rallycaps2007. I have tried logging in with the user name rallycaps2007 and it won’t accept the PW, so I reset it and then it gives me a message: User rallycapsassl Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested

If you are not ‘rallycapsassl’, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are ‘rallycapsassl’ and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you. You can go to my website, rallycaps2007.wordpress.com and you can see it is up-and-running. But it’s not being identified properly on wordpress, so I can use it and make changes. WP agents could not fix my problem and I have been on the phone last night and this morning for over 2 hours. I am frustrated. Their ‘easy fix’ of replacing my PW does not work. Even if I get in, it won’t allow me to go to Rally Caps and to my dashboard for rallycaps2007. I have tried numerous times. If I click on ‘My Site’ it says I don’t have one – it won’t recognize that I DO HAVE A WEBSITE. Please help fix my problem! -
Hi, looks like the issue is that you have at least three different accounts, but only one owns has access to the site you’re mentioning. Let’s focus on recovering the rallycaps2007 account first.
Do you still have access to the email address for that account?

I think I have two accounts. One was removed (but apparently not fully). The other one is the main one for my book, Rally Caps. The web address is rallycaps2007.wordpress.com. WP told me to use the username, rallycaps2007.

The title under my picture, rallycapsassl, is the one that I can’t get rid of. I tried replacing it on my account with rallycaps20007 and it said it already exists. Duh, it’s mine. YES, I STILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS.
