  It looks like you are using the self hosted version of WordPress, WordPress.org:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  The error message suggests an issue with the Stop Spammers plugin so I recommend contacting the plugin author. There is a dedicated support area in the WordPress.org forums where you can ask for help:

  You will need to contact your host if you are unable to login to the site at all.
