Crashed page. Fatal error

    I backed up my blog last night using cPanel. Then this morning I did the long overdue upgrade on my theme. My page crashed, and the page doesn’t show any progress after several hours of ‘restoring files.’ This is the message that appears on my page: Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_convert_hr_to_bytes() in /home1/abigail/public_html/wp-includes/default-constants.php on line 33
