Crashing when trying to customize theme

    Hi.
    Every time I go into the ‘customize’ section to amend the header of my blog it opens but throws me out within a couple of seconds so I’m unable to amend anything.
    I’m using my iPad on Safari and I’ve also downloaded chrome which does the same. I’ve tried it on my iPhone as well as my husbands Blackberry. All the same.
    Are you able to help, I’m a total novice when it comes to technology, sorry!
