Craziness with my add media button.

I go to add media and the following happens:
“add a WP-Simpleviewer gallery”- get a box to select a gallery. I select it and then blank screen. If I go back the title is gone.
“add an image”- I click it noting happens
“add video”- I click it noting happens
“add audio”- I click it noting happens
“add media”- I click it noting happensThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
