    Hi,

    It’s odd that WordPress.com evidently doesn’t have a support page which addresses this issue.

    If you are not logged into the present account, then create a new site process at Start should result in the creation of a new account.

    If you are logged into the first account when attempting to create a site in a second account, simply log out of the first account, and clear the browser cache, before creating the new site.
