Create a Contact page with email form

  Hello,
  I am learning wp in local server so please be lenient… I installed Mono template, created by caduzi, to practice for a while before to go online. Installation has been ok but I just can’t create the contact page as it is in the demo (with the email form). It talks about shortcodes columns that I simply don’t know where to find and how to use. Does anyone can help me?
