Create a horizontal navigation bar

  Is there anyway to create a horizontal header navigation bar in the Intergalactic theme? Possibly by using CSS? Is there a way change the widget area from sidebar to header and create a custom menu?

  Hi there, the slide out menu in Intergalactic is done with Javascript and there really isn’t anyway to override that and have a horizontal menu that is visible at all times.
