Create a Landing page and how to redirect

  I need to setup a landing page for visitors to enter their email address my domain for optin.

  I also need all the emails received from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to be forwarding to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet
