  I would like to create a page (from the top menu) which link to a different URL

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can definitely add a Menu Item which links to any URL you want. All instructions for doing that are available here –

  Read the section “Additional menu items” which contains “Link – Adds a custom URL linking to another site.”
