create a mail link in goran theme

  Hello
  I’m trying to create a mail link in the goran theme. I’m following the instructions the theme has but it doesn’t work. It does create the icon in the icon menu but when I click on it nothing happens!!
  How can I create it and make it to work?

  It’s not what I need. I know how to create the “email icon”. In fact I’ve already created it: https://livefullytraining.wordpress.com/
  The problem is that when you click on it you are not redirected to write a email. Then my question is if I’m missing something to make that it works.
  For example if you click on the FB icon you are redirected to my FB page, same with the twitter one, but it’s not happening with the “email icon”
  Should I do another thing that I don’t know?

  The problem is that when you click on it you are not redirected to write a email.

  When I said that it was working, this is what I meant ;-)

  For example, when I click the icon, my system’s default email application opens.

  Whatever the issue is, it most likely has to do with your system’s configuration.

  What application do you want to use to create emails with?

  Since you use Chrome and Gmail, you could use Gmail.

  Open up your Gmail page in Chrome and click the grey icon in your browser’s address bar. A drop-down will appear and you can set Gmail to handle all email links:

  Give that a shot and let me know how it goes.
