Create a multisite business based on wordpress

  Hi,

  I’m trying to figure out how I could use wordpress to build something like this:

  http://bodypresssites.com/

  They sell some kind of sub pages with specific templates based on wordpress.

  Any idea? Has this something to do with multisite?
