Create a new blog on my account?

    I’m trying to create a new blog on my account for school as it’s needed.
    A few of my friends are also trying to do it..
    We originally tried in class, but it wouldnt work; so we all went home to try it just in case it was the school computers…
    None of us can create a new blog on our accounts..
    Any advice?
