  Create a new site on WordPress.com is showing on top of my home page, http://www.learnrapidos.WordPress.com. how do I remove it?

  Hello there, this is an advertising banner that WordPressdotcom runs on free sites. In order to remove this advertising, you would need to upgrade to the one of the WordPressdotcom plans, which removes all ads from your site. More about plans here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
