Create a new word press site isn't working

When I click to create a new site, it opens a page that is solid blue and nothing shows up on it. Nothing at all.
How do we create a new site?

Based on your description it sounds like something on the Create a Site page isn’t properly loading in your browser.
Can you please clear your browser cache, and if you’re using any ad blocker or anti-tracking add-ons in your browser, temporarily disable those to see if it helps.

After doing both of those suggestions, no, it did not make any difference. All I get is a solid blue screen with the small ? for help in the lower right corner

I pulled up Edge (which I don’t like to use) and it works on it. -
