Create a Parent Page? Will later ones appear in the order they were created in?

    The first page I created for my static blog is the one I want to be the parent page but I can’t see how to do that. ALSO I don’t know whether the second, third and fourth pages (etc.) that I create will automatically appear as second, third, and fourth pages (etc.) in the order in which I create them. If not, how can I make the second one be second, the third one be third, etc.?
