Create a Parent Page without a link?

  Is there a way to create a menu item, that does not have a clickable link.

  Basically what I’m looking to accomplish is create a parent page (that has no link, but is on the menu) with children pages nested underneath it that do have links. Is this possible within any sort of theme interface WordPress currently?
