Create a Post isn't working.

Whenever I go to create a post, the text appears in a white font and appears to be in HTML formatting. The screen will not allow me to open the HTML tab, add a category, show the help screen, or anything. There is no “kitchen sink” of editing tools shown.
The problem is fixed when I open my browser (Firefox v. 13.0) with add-ons disabled, but I do not think this can be my add-ons as WordPress was working perfectly fine with them two hours ago and I have not updated them since. I have tried clearing my cache and cookies, checking the use HTTPS box in personal settings, to no avail. I have even tried in the latest version of Google Chrome and it still does not work.

I am having the same problem to! So frustrating! Even my draft posts, that were working fine yesterday, but today there is no kitchen sink, the text is white, nothing is working.

This is happening to me too. While it does make me feel better to know that I’m not the only one, I would prefer a solution..

Happening to me too, using Firefox on a Macbook. When I switch to Chrome, the editing page looks normal but when I try to preview the post, I get an “oops” error. Very annoying. I guess I’ll have to post without seeing a preview.

Are you currently using AdBlock?
If so, would you please report that AdBlock is interfering with our website https://adblockplus.org/en/getting_started and try to whitelist us https://adblockplus.org/en/faq_basics#disable ?

It is adblock.
I just turned it off, hit refresh and the buttons came back. That’s on a mac with the latest firefox.

Would you mind removing us from the whitelist, then look at blockable resources when you load the page and can hover over the URL that was blocked (like maybe http://s0.wp.com/….)? It will provide some detail as to why it was blocked, and that would be a big help to us.
Of course, you’re welcome to whitelist us again after that. :)

I am having the same problem. Started yesterday afternoon. However, I do not have AdBlock. Help!
