Create a purchase group

I want to create a purchase group on my shop. I am therefore looking for a solution (plugin…)
The aim ist to sell products to clients who are members of a regional group and that would go every month get their product, via a selling point with a group responsible.
The fonctionnalities I am therefore looking for is :
– the transfer of each group status for the groupe responsible (for exemple : groupe X : 8 people ordered, details of the order
– a group account for all clients (for exemple : buyer Tomy is from group X. When he orders, he also has access to his monthly orders and it is notified that he is a member of the group X, meeting every first thuesday of the month, he also sees the adress of the meeting point and the contact information of the groupe responsible.Thanks very much in advance !
