Create a Recipe index

How do I create a Recipe Index (I have created the page “Recipe” ) I know how to create a hyperlink on that page to the specific recipes but where do I create the recipes. I don’t want them in the first page of my post I want to just organize them off on the Recipe page.
Example:
Recipe (Page)
Cinnamon Rolls (hyperlink to recipe ) but where do I post recipe?
White Bread (hyperlink to recipe) where do I post the recipe?
Does that make sense?
