  How do I create a rollover dictionary so that when the cursor is placed over a linked word the definition appears? Is this difficult, and can it be done with basic service, or do I need an upgrade?

  Workaround:
  Switch to HTML view in the Editor and use the title tag with the words you want to link:
  <a title="DEFINITION">linked words</a>

  or try this, the cursor changes so readers can see that there may be a definition:

  Many thanks! It’s not perfect, but it does work in wp.com!

  (I think that there is more one could do with self-hosted wp.org…)
