Create a share with Instagram button

Hi
I need to create a share button for Instagram.
I know that option is not included as default, but in ‘settings/share’ I can see an option ‘add new sesrvice’I’m trying this option using the url to my instagram page, but the button does not work.
Please, help

You’re already aware of our sharing options, as you wrote. You can read more about Instagram integration at this link:
However, I’m unaware of a way to share a picture from a blog post into Instagram. Instagram is a phone-only app that doesn’t really do what you’re asking. Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter can all be shared to, but Instagram requires a user to post their picture within the app, or view and follow the photographs posted by other Instagram users. It doesn’t show parts of the web that are not posted directly on the Instagram app.

Hi there,
Just to add to Jesse’s answer, Instagram doesn’t allow sharing from other services like you want to do. If they allowed it we would definitely support it, but until they add support for sharing from other services on their end it’s simply not possible.

Ok, it’s all clarified.
Just a comment, what I wanted to share was the blog entries, no pictures.

I understood it that way, yes. Unfortunately Instagram does not allow that. At this time they only allow sharing of pictures and videos, and only directly to their mobile app, so no way to do it from a browser on a computer at all.
