Create a site with member inlog

  Hello,

  I want to create a site where the users should be able to login, create a page and have a own mailbox so that they can communicate with each other. Is this possible with wordpress? If not, can you suggest any other program where this feature is availible?

  It’s not possible with a site hosted on WordPress.COM, but it might be possible with a WordPress.ORG install.
