  Pages are static, i.e. they don’t update automatically, and can’t be set to “sticky”.

  If you’re referring to a sticky post, i.e. a post that always appears at the top of your feed even if there’s a more recent one available, see here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-posts
