Create A “Technology” Blog Category

  I noticed that some other blog sites out there have a much bigger selection by which to categorize blogs. WordPress satisfy us technology geeks out there and make a blog category for “technology” that we can all look up. Thanks.

  How techie are you? To make a new category, just type it into the Add box at the top of the Category section on the Write Post page and hit “Add.” You can add as many as you like: I use 144 right now, including Technology, which also functions as a global tag.

  Aye Captain.
  Though, how to add new cat and apply to all the existing post in blog that is biggest problem. Any suggestion.

  Manually. And don’t drop links to off-Wordpress.com sites for no reason. Baaaad netiquette.

  If your blog is not at WordPress.com, you’re at completely the wrong site and didn’t read the thread marked Read Me First.
