  How can I create and publish a theme on WordPress.com?

  Hi there, on WordPress.com, you can choose from over 200 gorgeous themes: http://theme.wordpress.com

  It is not possible to upload third-party themes. However, you can make any theme truly yours with a Custom Design upgrade or Theme Customizer.

  And all the developer that presents the themes you can chose from? I am a developer and would like to partecipate developing that themes :)
