Create a Video Website or VLOG where Users can UPLOAD Videos Directly

  Hello All…..I’m trying to create a VLOG community similar to Youtube style website and functionality. I need the ability for USERS to UPLOAD their own videos from their home/office/android computers or devices to my video website community. I also, need those same user uploaded videos to post in a WP theme similar to youtube or other video sharing website theme. As well as, posting to a users profile and video gallery profile inside of their Personal Profile Page within my website. So actullay, the user uploaded videos will post in 2 different places, and can be seen from both the video themes pages & pagenation and the profile page. I DON’T want users to have ANY ACCESS to my WP Backend. I need them to have FRONTEND access ONLY! Is this ossible, and possible with WHICH PLUG-INS and THEME? ANy help would be greatly appreciated. NOTE: I already know about the Bandwith issue that most Hosting Providers have as far as video posting and storage. Is there a way around this. I use Bluehost! Are there any Plug Ins that could help me Manage user uploaded videos and perhaps upload to another location without them ever knowing so, but it looks like it’s being uploaded to my website…but in reality: the videos are stored somewhere else. All In REAL TIME without leaving my website. If so…Any Help Is A BLessing. Or ANY WEBSITE using THIS TYPE of Functionality and links to them I’d research and possibly implement. Blessings to all.
