  Hi,

  Sorry for posting here, I’m a noob when it comes to websites but I’d like to create a website that has a member zone and it has content (videos and e-books uploaded by me) but only available to people who subscribe by paypal for example.

  Is that possible with wordpress?

  Hi there,

  These forums only provide support for sites hosted with WordPress.com. It’s not really possible to run a membership site with subscription functionality here.

  However, if you want to build a membership site, you could use the self-hosted version of WordPress.

  If you need help with your self-hosted WordPress site, please try creating a thread on the WordPress.org support forums. You’ll need a free WordPress.org account to post – if you don’t already have one, you can register here.
