Create Category Automatically Based On Post Title

  Let’s say I’ve these posts in WordPress:
  Best Parrot Food – Birds Food
  Best Sparrow Food – Birds Food
  Best Dog Food – Dog Food
  Best Digs Biscuits – Dog Food

  As we can see that every post has words after (-). Now, i want to create the category in WordPress named Birds Food and want to add all the posts having word Birds Food after (-).
  Is there any way to do this?
