Create collage for photo header

    I know I need to resize them and save them to one picture to upload as a single header. BUT, what software to use? I don’t have photoshop (and don’t want to pay for it). I looked at the online free photoshop, but it doesn’t have a resize option. I’ve looked at online image editors to download, but most of them show that you can resize, but I don’t see the option to make a collage. Does anyone have any suggestions? At all? Thanks in advance!

    Gimp is the free opensource version of photoshop. It can be a steep learning curve, but worth it, and there are lots of tutorials out there.
    Inkscape is the free opensource version of illustrator.

    Gimp, is free it’s a powerful alternative to Photoshop,..
    to be able to re size images in gimp you go to image option
    scale…..

    I use both software’s and Gimp, is pretty close to photoshop,…
