Create column in chateau theme?

  How can I create a narrow column on the right side to have a short description of me and my blog?

  Unfortunately, columns can’t be added to a theme, but you’re welcome to look through http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/ for a theme that matches for of what you’re looking for. Like these: http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/columns/three-columns/
