Create dynamic anchor links based on dropdown choices
-
Hey guys,
I’m trying to create a page with a unique user experience but don’t know if/how it can be done.
Here’s what I need – say you have a page about shoes and you want the visitor to be able to choose their size, width and type of shoes and, based on those answers, get a button with an anchor link to a certain section of the page where those shoes are listed.
I guess I’m asking if there is a plugin for this or would I need to hire someone to code it manually.
Thanks in advance

Hi there,
I am certain there is a WooCommerce extension that could do exactly what you are describing. The WooCommerce Team would be better able to specifically guide you on this, but I definitely don’t belive this would need to be manually coded in order to be accomplished.
If your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, our WooCommerce staff would be best positioned to provide the plugin recommendations to accomplish dynamic anchor links for your store:https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
If you talk with staff and become interested in using the WooCommerce plugin, the Business plan will provide you access to it along with support from our WooCommerce staff, real-time backups, 200 GB of storage space, sFTP access, and more :Hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Hi and thank you, I appreciate it…it’s a one page on an an affiliate site, not e-com…so paying for a business plan for the one page is a bit of an overkill. I hope to find either a free or a one-off payment solution.
But thanks for your thoughts, nonetheless…
