I have a few questions and appreciate your help.
Facebook link:
I would like to add facebook links to my facebook page to my blog but I have been unsucessful at doing so. Do I need to have my own domain name and not a .wordpress.com blog name?? Or do I have the wrong theme to allow it?Theme:
I would like to change my theme from a site that I can download free wordpress blog themes, but I can’t upload them. Is this because again I have a .wordpress.com blog name??Thankyou so much for your help I have found this process frustrating

It would be a good idea to learn about the two very different and separate kinds of WordPress. wp.COM is a multi-user platform with free hosting wp.ORG is software for self-hosted blogs

The only themes you can use here are the ones included under Appearance > Themes from your dashboard. Free downloadable wordpress themes are intended for self hosted sites using the wordpress.ORG software and will not work here.

Facebook: either add your blog to your Facebook page via an app like Notes or Networked Blogs, or do it manually. Otherwise, it goes to your Profile instead.
