Create gallery from previously uploaded images imported from Posterous

  I recently imported my blog from posterous, but am having a couple of issues:
  1- the photos are all resized quite small and have poor image quality
  2- I want to make the photos in each post appear gallery style, but can’t figure out how to change that once the photos are already in the post. I have over 150 posts, so was hoping to find a way to change this easily. I don’t want to start from scratch and have to upload each image to a gallery.
