Create guestbook

  Hi. I’m trying a theme Toujours without activating using the ‘Try & Customaze’ options and on my computer I cannot see the Three: Under the Page Options module on the left, open the drop-down menu under Template and select Guestbook. https://en.support.wordpress.com/wedding-website/#create-a-guestbook
  How I can create a guestbook if I’m not able to see these options? Please help. On page setting I can see only like on normal page: status, featured images, under the page attributes only PARENT PAGE

  Disable to select a parent page
  No Page Options module on the left, open the drop-down menu under Template and select Guestbook. So maybe I need to activate Toujours theme first? Please let me know. Thank you.
