Create image banner that spans page

    Hi! How do I get this page:

    To start looking like this one below?

    1. I want the image to stretch and span the entire width of the page. Tried adjusting the width of the block but nothing changed. How can I stretch the image?
    2. I also want to remove that gap between the image (in content block) and the top header bar. How can I do make it seamless?
