  I have written an ‘about’ page but don’t know how to add it to a dash board–I can’t find anything about a dashboard.

  Hi! If you’d like your site to look like this:

  — but also include an About button, here’s what I’d recommend.

  – Create your about page and publish it

  – Add a post, add a button, and link to the about page: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/buttons-block/

  – Make that post “sticky” so it stays at the top of your site:
  https://wordpress.com/support/post-and-page-visibility/#sticky-posts-posts-only
