Create mailing list archive?

    I run an email discussion group from my website. Unfortunately the web host set up doesn’t allow the software to create an archive. I have saved all the messages in a folder in my inbox.

    Is it possible to import these into a WordPress blog to create an archive?

    I think it needs to keep replies to original messages in thread, so I hope I can somehow do it as posts and comments.

    If not a direct import, can anyone think of a work-around short of copying and pasting every message individually?

    Can I email them into the blog? (I think not, but no harm in asking.)

    Preferably on WP.com but with WP.org on a separate host if need be.

    And although this is a blog help forum, does anyone know any other way I could produce a searchable archive of our old messages? I can use Google groups to set up an archive of messages from now on, but not our past messages. A searchable document would be fine as well – Word or web pages for example.

    By the way, it’s a private mailing list, so mustn’t be available publicly.
