Create menu item for new section

  Hi all,
  in my blog I post my errors and my solutions. I’d like to create a new menu item “HOW TO” and show here a new section to post my guides? Is it possibile? I know that I can create a page and multiple sub-pages but I’d like show as posts and not as pages. Please, could you give me any ideas?
